What types of items do you typically do?​

What are your delivery options?

The default shipping method for US orders is USPS Priority Mail. The default shipping method for non-US orders is USPS International Mail. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

What if I'm not in Los Angeles? Can I still get a bespoke order made?
 

Thanks to the internet, yes. Check on the contact page to set an appointment or use the contact form. We will then contact you to arrange communications. Please be prepared for at least one face-to-face web meeting. You may still need minor changes to your final garment that can be handled by your local tailor or dry cleaner (e.g. final hem), but we attempt to handle everything here.

Orders will be shipped once complete if you are not able to pick them up in store. Note that our policies still apply, which means that bespoke orders cannot be exchanged and refunded.

How much does it cost?

The amount of individual labor and consultation makes bespoke clothing much more expensive than ready-to-wear fashion. However, if you present us with a budget upfront, we can make sure that you don't have any buyer's remorse later on. For guidance, men's suits start at $600, men's shirts start at $100, and swimwear starts at $50. Prices can quickly escalate based on materials and services, but we will walk you through the impact on price so that we stay within your budget.

 

When and how do I pay?
 

Bespoke orders are normally charged when details are finalized. For in-store clients, this means upon final try-on, at which point you may take the garment home. Payment accepted includes cash, check, credit card, Paypal, and gift certificate.

Do you do alterations, and how much do you charge?

​Yes! However, this is only an in-store service.
 
Alterations on our bespoke orders are no additional charge. Otherwise, for ready-to-wear or clothing from labels other than Erica Waddell, prices generally range from $10 to $50 per individual alteration to the garment. Charges depend on complexity and are quoted upon receipt. Payment in full is due upon pickup.
 
Alteration service is not our primary business line, so work generally cannot be expedited. Most alterations are complete within two to four weeks.
